Shipping & fulfillment

Subscriptions & refunds

Every plan requires a minimum three-month commitment. All subscription orders — including initial purchases, renewals, and recurring charges — are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription before it renews or after it has processed, we will issue store credit only. No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances for subscription products.

Customer responsibility for subscription management

Subscribers are fully responsible for managing their own memberships and recurring orders, including:

Need a lower dose or a needle-free option? MicroDose starts at $99 a month and Oral at $249.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your program price covers your medication, provider oversight, two-way texting with your care team, and your Weight Loss Portal. Visits are the only separate charge. Every new patient has a $40 virtual visit before medication is prescribed, and we give you $50 off your first order to more than cover it. Follow-up visits, needed whenever you move to a larger vial, are free when you earn them by doing your weekly check-ins in your Weight Loss Portal.
How is the medication delivered?
Discreetly shipped to your door from a licensed compounding pharmacy, or held for in-clinic pickup at our Johnson City office. Shipping frequency may differ from your billing frequency.
Do I need to pick the medication up from a pharmacy?
No. We send your prescription to the pharmacy and handle delivery for you. Local patients who prefer to pick up can do so at our office.

How do dose changes work?
Your provider gives you a plan and you work it at your own pace within the vial you have. When you need a larger vial, a short virtual follow-up visit comes first, and your price stays the same. Do your weekly check-ins in your Weight Loss Portal and you earn that visit free.
Are follow-up visits free?
Yes. You earn free follow-up visits by using your Weight Loss Portal: log your dose and weight each week and your follow-up virtual visit costs nothing. Your first visit as a new patient is the $40 one, and the $50 off your first order more than covers it.
Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel?
Every program has a minimum three-month commitment. After that you can continue month to month or cancel before your next renewal from your account. Subscription orders are non-refundable — cancellations are handled as store credit, not cash refunds.
What if I want a lower dose, or no needles?
Open “Need a lower dose, or prefer a different form?” under the plans. MicroDose is one fixed, low weekly dose: Slim MicroDose is $99 a month and Trim MicroDose is $149 a month.
