IGF-1 LR3 is a recombinant analogue of insulin-like growth factor 1 with an arginine substitution and a 13-amino-acid N-terminal extension, giving reduced binding-protein affinity and a longer half-life than native IGF-1. Tesamorelin and CJC-1295 are GHRH analogues; ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor secretagogue.
Growth-hormone-axis compounds affect blood sugar, and IGF-1 is a direct growth factor — this blend is not appropriate for anyone with a personal history of cancer. A provider consultation is required before starting.
