Semax Nasal Spray – Focus, Without the Needle

Semax has been sold as a nasal drop in Russian pharmacies for decades. The focus peptide in its original clinical route — intranasal, ready to use, and the natural companion to selank.
🎯 Semax Nasal Spray
The form the research actually used.
What it is, in plain English
Semax is a lab-made peptide based on a fragment of ACTH, developed in Russia and used there for cerebrovascular indications. It has been dispensed as an intranasal preparation for most of its clinical life, which makes the spray the form with the closest match to the published work. Where selank is associated with calm, semax is the one associated with drive and attention.
How it helps
- 🎯 Studied for attention, drive and mental clarity
- 👃 Intranasal — the route used in Russian clinical practice
- 🧠 Research has explored effects on BDNF and brain plasticity
- 💧 Arrives ready to use — nothing to reconstitute
Why people reach for it
Semax and selank are almost always discussed as a pair, and having both as sprays makes running them together straightforward. The spray also suits situational use in a way an injection schedule does not.

Is it a fit?
The nasal spray suits anyone who wants semax without injecting, or who is running it alongside selank. Someone finding selank calming but not activating is describing exactly the gap semax fills. Take the 60-second peptide quiz or message our team, and our providers can point the way.
🔬 For the science-minded
Semax is a heptapeptide analogue of adrenocorticotropic hormone fragment 4-10, modified for stability. Russian research has explored effects on BDNF expression and on dopaminergic and serotonergic signalling, and it has been used there in cerebrovascular contexts, typically intranasally. Most of this literature is not replicated in Western trials and is considered investigational.
